Hérisse Felix, born January 18, 1964 in Dedune, Haiti was the fourth child of his mother. He was a farmer of great courage who worked hard to get the best for his family. Hérisse was wise, humble and full of integrity and affectionately called " Tchap Tchap " in his neighborhood. In 1990, he relocated the United States with his brother, in search of a better life. Arriving in Irvington, New Jersey he got to work right away at Newark Airport. Hérisse was respected by all, children as well as adults. He loved and demonstrated his love for his family and friends, he had a great sense of humor that kept everyone around him laughing.
Compassionate, hardworking and loving are just a few words to describe a remarkable man.
On Tuesday, August 14, 2018, God called Mr. Hérisse Felix to the House.
