Jacques Isidore

Jacques was born May 28, 1934 in Bainet, Haiti to the parentage of the late Organier Isidore and Clairmelia Civil Isidore. He left Haiti at the age of forty-one. He went on to be a chef on US cargo ships.In hopes of providing his family of four with his first wife Evena Jean-Louis and children Willio Isidore, Wilfrid Isidore, Johnny Isidore and Winifred Isidore Alexis with a better opportunity for a great life.

In November of 1983, Jacques fulfilled one of his dreams by bringing his four children to the United States.Jacques supported his family and always put them first before himself.He lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; he loved watching wrestling with his children, going to the beach with his grandchildren and cooking delicious meals.

In 1992, he remarried Vierginia Dorisca, and moved to Orlando, Florida where he spent most of his life. Later in his life,Jacques moved back to New Jersey due to his medical condition at the Elmora Hills Nursing Home where his daughter Winifred could look after and care for him.

On May 1, 2018, Jacques was called home to be with the Lord.Sharing the memories of his wonderful life are his wife Vierginia Dorisca Isidore; his daughter Winifred Isidore Alexis; his sons Willio Isidore, Wilfrid Isidore, and Johnny Isidore; his grandchildren Kevin, Brittany, Dylan; his sister Therese Isidore; his nephews and nieces; and a host of family and friends.
