Joseph (Joe) affectionately known to many family and friends as (Angelici) Cadet was born on Sunday April 19, 1940 in Rue Canal in Limbe, Haiti to the Late Bientot Cadet and the late Philomene Alexandre Cadet. Joseph was one of 12 children (3 died at a very early age). He is preceded in death by his brothers the late Mincius Cadet, the late Brunel Cadet, the late Jacob Cadet, also preceded in death by 2 sisters the late Gyslaine Cadet and the late Yvrose Cadet and also by his daughter Youselande Cadet.
Joe (Angelicy) completed his education at the age of 25 and went on to teach 4th graders at Dominic Savea and then at College Cacique Henry in Port-au-Prince Haiti. He would also do transportation after work.
Joe (Angelicy) came to America specifically to Elizabeth NJ in March 1991, where he reside with his brother Francois .While residing in the U.S, Joe cared and provided for his family. He wed his wife Marie-Rose Recilian in March 2005 with whom he had 3 loving children Westhlyne, Judith, and Max. He found employment at Sysco Guest Packaging in May 1991, where he was employed up until he fell ill in January 2017.
Joseph loved his family, loved to indulge in television watching his favorites shows, one being Wheel of Fortune. Joseph loved the Lord so much so that he gave his life to Christ in April 2010. Despite his illness, Joseph still managed to make it to church every Sunday with strong spirit. He believed that with God nothing is impossible.
On JULY 29, 2017, Joseph was called Home to be with the Lord. He will forever be remembered by his loving wife Marie Rose, His surviving siblings Francois Cadet and his wife Marina Cadet, Moise Cadet and his wife Eugene Cadet and his sister Yolande Cadet, His children who adored him Eric Cadet and wife Wislyne , Wilvens Cadet and wife Erna Cadet, Westhlyne Fonrose and her husband Eddie Fonrose, Judith Cadet and Max Cadet. He will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews Marie Claude Nelson, Gamael Cadet, Emmanuela Jones and family , Cyndi Cadet, Joshua Cadet, Wherly Cadet and family, Keran cadet, Philomene Ciceron, Baudelaire Cadet, Manolita Chery, Catia Silvain, Jerry Cadet, Farah Ciceron, Cherline Louissaint, Landry Louissaint, Love Jenny Louissaint, Gregory Louissaint, Kenson Cadet, Wilmanise Cadet, Joanne Cadet, Bertha Cadet, Olgine Cadet, Wikson Cadet, Mirlene Cadet, Judes Cadet, Mideline Cadet, Brunet Cadet, Ronel Cadet and many more. He left behind 9 grandchildren Eric Jr, Nerly, Chloe, Madison, Marie, Darry, Wigens, Mikenson, Richy. He left many grand nephews and nieces among them Mylove, Sarah, Deborah, Nathanael, Athlens, Jayla, Jaylen and countless of others.
His beloved cousins Mirlande Chery-Delva and family, Nirva Chery-Eugene and Family , Claudel Chery, Claude Chery, Edner L’amour, Jacques Cadet and family, Elira Cadet, Cite Alexandre and family, Miguel Jean-Gilles and family and countless other relatives both here and in Haiti.

Joe (Angelicy) est venu aux États Unis plus précisément à Elizabeth NJ en Mars 1991, où il résida avec son frère François. Pendant son séjour au pays, Joe a pris bon soin de sa famille en Haiti. Il a épousé sa femme Marie-Rose Recilian en Mars 2005 avec qui il a eu 3 enfants Westhlyne, Judith et Max. Il a commencé à travailler au “ Sysco Guest Packaging” en Mai 1991, jusqu'à sa maladie en Janvier 2017.
Joseph aimait sa famille, Son show favori à la télévisoon était “ Wheel of Fortune.”
Joseph aimait beaucoup le Seigneur. Il a donné sa vie à Christ en Avril 2010. Malgré sa maladie, Joseph s'efforça toujours de venir à l'église tous les dimanches avec une foi ferme dans son Dieu. Il croyait qu'avec le Seigneur Jésus, rien n'est impossible.
Le 29 Juillet 2017, Joseph a quitté ce corps malade et fatigué pour être avec le Seigneur. Il sera grandement manqué par sa femme aimante Marie Rose, ses frères Francois Cadet et son épouse Marina Cadet, Moise Cadet et son épouse Eugene Cadet et sa soeur Yolande Cadet, Ses enfants qui l'aiment tant: Eric Cadet et épouse Wislyne, Wilvens Cadet et son Épouse Erna Cadet, Westhlyne Fonrose et son mari Eddie Fonrose, Judith Cadet et Max Cadet. Il sera profondément aussi manqué par ses nièces et ses neveux Marie Claude Nelson, Gamael Cadet, Emmanuela Jones et sa famille, Cyndi Cadet, Joshua Cadet, Wherly Cadet et sa famille, Keran cadet, Philomene Ciceron, Cadet Baudelaire, Manolita Chery, Catia Silvain, Jerry Cadet, Farah Ciceron, Cherline Louissaint, Landry Louissaint, Amour Jenny Louissaint, Gregory Louissaint, Cadet Kenson, Cadet Wilmanise, Joanne Cadet, Cadet Bertha, Cadet Olgine, Cadet Wikson, Cadet Mirlene, Cadet Judes, Cadet Mideline, Cadet Brunet, Cadet Ronel et beaucoup plus.
