Nostaky Exantus was born on March 27, 1980 at Saint Mary’s Hospital in NJ. He was the son of Elie Exantus and Celine Odigè. When he was born he weighed 4lbs and after a few weeks he gained so much weight, that they named him Big Joe. His sister, Kiki couldn’t say Big Joe, so she she called him dido, and that name stayed with him for the rest of his life.
Nostaky went to school at Saint John’s elementary school. He was very kind to every body. If there were three things he loved above all it was his music, his family and his friends.
Nostaky attended West Orange High School and after high school he joined the Marines, completed training and stayed in North Carolina for 3 years.
Nostaky was always sincere and if he felt he angered or hurt you in any way, he was the first to apologize and say I love you, I’m gonna do what you tell me to. Through all his ups and downs, his family loved him very much.
Nostaky vacationed to Florida in 2011 and fell in love with the weather and life and decided to stay, and ended up being where he lost his life.
Nostaky Exantus is survived by his mother : Celine Odigè, his father: Elie Exantus, his two sisters: Kiki and Vee, his niece: Kimberly and a host of sorrowing relatives, family and friends.
