Fred St Amand Jr. Would Like To Extend His Deepest Condolences To The Many Friends & Family Of Pierre Baron.

Pierre Baron was born on July 16, 1935 in Duvalier Ville, Haiti to Lise Theodate and Merantier Baron (Both parents deceased). He went on to rest on Friday, October 26, 2018 at Saint Barnabas Hospital. In 1958 as a handsome young man, he met Ms. Annassa Thelemaque (predeceased). They got engaged a year later and got married in 1960. Through this union, they gave birth to 4 children; Venia, Paul Jude, Yolene and Darlise. In April 1970, he migrated to the United States as an Auto Mechanic with the intention to work hard in order to provide a better life for his family. Soon enough in November 1975 his wife and 4 children joined him here. He worked at the factory for 10 years then became self-employed until his passing. He was doing his work passionately to satisfy his clients for almost 40 years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and a devoted friend. He was a people person, very friendly, very charitable and he was always ready to open his door for anyone who needed shelter. He loved dancing and Remy Martin was his favorite drink. He had lived a good life. He enjoyed making dinner for the family on a Saturday. He was a devoted Catholic and had a special devotion to Mount Carmel. He had never missed a pilgrimage. Pierre is predeceased by his brother, Boniface Theodate. He leaves to mourn and cherish his memory: his children; Venia, Paul Jude, Yolene and Darlise, his son-in-law, Patrick Remy, his grandchildren, Antoine, Zachary, Jourdan, his sisterin-law, Marguerite Thelemaque, his brother-in-law, Dr. Rene Desrivieres and his wife and a host of nieces and nephews, Marie Lourdes and other relatives and friends-Serge Delpeche & family, Jacques & Delia St. Hilaire and Peter Alphe. Pierre Baron was one of the most caring and generous persons in the world. He would want us to honor his memory not through tears but with smiles and laughter. He will be greatly missed.
