Thelemaque Estime "Thele" Blaise was born April 23,1954 in Dessalines, Haiti to parents of Estime Blasie and Casilia Fenelus-Blaise. He grew in a large, loving family with two sisters and four brothers. He graduated from Cente D'etude Classque  Saint-Marc high school.

He enjoyed telling stories, making people laugh, and spending quality time with loved ones. He loved thrifting and collecting antiques. He was an avid reader and read the newspaper daily. He was beloved by the community and anyone who encountered him could feel the warmth of his pure kind soul.
