Theodore Sully born June 30th 1940 In Haiti, town of
Ainse d’Hainaud. His Mother was named Belzamine Jublass and father
Dorlean Sully. His parents had seven kids: His three Sisters: Dieudonne, Ifemi and Marie Therese Sully. His three brothers:
Elan, Rafael, and Andre Sully.
Theodore played soccer between 1950 and 1959 and he was good at it. We remember when we were kids, our father used to tell us, when he saw our mother at the field, he was playing like Diego Maradona. After High School He joined the Army in 1960. He later married our mother,
Syltina Louissaint. They had seven children and nine grandchildren. He spent thirty years in the army and retired in 1991 as a Major. Our father was one of the best father on earth. He used to spoil us a lot.
We remember when we were kids, he was the one every mornings who came to our rooms to wake us up for school and shower and dress the boys, then drove us to school. In the afternoon he came to pick us up from school. That man taught us a lot: discipline, how to clean, he was not playing with us, he raised us like soldiers.
If our father wasn’t in our lives we would not be who we are
today. We were not allowed to drink nor smoke in the house That was his way or the highway. In 2012 Lynda sent for our dad to come and live with her in the U S A. He lived with her for 18 months and then decided to go live on his own in a senior home because he did not want to be under the control of his kids. While living in the senior home, he met a man of God, a brother by the name of Pastor Arnold and his church members where
he continued his life.
Unfortunately on July 9 while Lynda was getting ready to visit him, she got the call that our father had passed away.
Now he is gone. God gives life and only he can take it away. Bless his name!
Thank you for everything you have done for us.
