Adeline Alfred, a beloved mother, daughter, and sister, was born on May 12, 1999, in Petit-Goâve, Haiti, to her devoted parents, Marie Thérèse Muscadin Alfred and Attis Alfred. She died tragically on March 24, 2026, in Hamilton, New Jersey, leaving a legacy of strength, love, and determination.
Adeline spent her early years in Haiti, where she attended primary school at Louis Born and later continued her education at Faustin Soulouque for secondary school. From a young age, she was known for her intelligence, dedication to her studies, and strong-willed nature. She had a vibrant personality—bubbly, elegant, and confident—and loved a good debate, always eager to stand her ground and make her voice heard.
After completing high school, Adeline moved to Port-au-Prince to reunite with her sister, Myrlande, and to pursue her dream of attending law school. During this period, she pursued her passions and earned certifications in event planning and culinary arts, reflecting her creativity and ambition.
In 2019, Adeline courageously embarked on a new chapter, moving to the United States to build a better future. Her greatest joy came in 2023 with the birth of her beloved son, Carl Aiden Pean, who became the center of her world. As a dedicated, hardworking mother, Adeline worked at Amazon in Hamilton, NJ, tirelessly providing for her son and striving to give him every opportunity.
Adeline is survived by her cherished son, Carl Aiden Pean; her loving parents, Marie Thérèse Muscadin Alfred and Attis Alfred; her sisters, Myrlande and Rose Andrée; her brothers, Marck Rony, Wadler, William, and Emmanuel; and a host of family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Adeline’s life, though far too short, was marked by purpose, resilience, and love. Her spirit will live on through her son and in the hearts of her family and friends.
May she rest in eternal peace.
