Annese T. Glaude

Annese Therese Glaude, age 79 passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024, at 1:40AM.  She was born on January 19, 1945, in Lazile Morisseau. She was the second of seven children to Dubel Morisseau and Reannea Pierre.  She is united in death with her 3 brothers and left behind 2 sisters Dulia Etienne Morisseau, Anne Morisseau Jean and her brother Amose Morisseau.

Early in her early teenage years, she moved from Lazile, Morisseau to Port-au-Prince where she lived with her aunt Merianne Pierre Felix. In 1970 she relocated to St. Marteen where she met her future husband, Elie Glaude and married in December 1972 and 4 children were born from this union. Marie Raymonde, Jean Brunel (deceased), Jimmy (deceased)and Michelle (deceased).

Annese relocated to New Jersey in 1975, she resided in East Orange, NJ prior to purchasing their first home in 1979 in Irvington.  Her first job in the US was at Columbus Hospital in the Housekeeping department where she worked till retirement.

Annese was a very quiet individual, she loves to watch TV especially the day soap operas (All My Children) Her favorite movie is High School Musical, her favorite game show “Family Feud” with Richard Dawson.  Her favorite songs were “Karma Chamelon” by Boy George and “When a man loves a woman” by Michael Bolton.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory: her daughter Marie Raymonde Joisil and her husband Francois Joisil. Her stepdaughter Magalie Pasteur and her husband Jean Pasteur.  Her 7 grandchildren: Joseph Joisil, Arianna Joisil, Brianna Martin, Christopher Pasteur, Jeremiah Pasteur and Joshua Pasteur.
