Beaudelaire Vital

Beaudelaire “Bob” Vital was born on Jan 23, 1966, in St. Marc, Haiti, to the father of Duton Vital and the late Lexinette Vital.  Beaudelaire attended Lucien Hibbert and Saint Pierre and continued his education at Essex County College. He left Haiti at the age of 20 where he migrated to the United States in 1988 and left behind his family and friends.

Beaudelaire was a hard worker, strong, loving, joyful, and extremely humorous and a gentle soul but, also kept his life private. Working at Mac Products from 1994 until present.  He married Phalaine St. Louis in Newark, New Jersey, in 1994. Beaudelaire was an avid reader of reader's digest magazines and a fan of various sports on television. He truly believes if you work hard, you will have a good life.

On Thursday May 5, 2022, at 3 am, Beaudelaire Vital unexpectedly passed away after a short battle with a stroke at the UMDNJ hospital in Newark, New Jersey. He touched the lives of many people with his humor and maintained his trademark with his opened heart all the way to the end. He went home to his Lord, for his gracious rest and surely, he will be missed here.

Beaudelaire is survived by his father, Duton Vital, his wife, Phalaine; and siblings Belizaire, Bolivar, Junior, Dina, Herold, Reginald, Guerline, Marjorie, Lynchie, Katiana, Mildrenne, Mackentosh; and nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles; and many other relatives. Beaudelaire was preceded in death by his late mother, late grandparents, late brother Bainet and a few other uncles and aunt.

On May 5, 2022, at the age of 56, Beaudelaire was called home with the Lord. Sharing the memories of his wonderful life are his wife Phalaine, his 12 brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and a host of sorrowing relatives, family and friends.
