Clairina Bouzy Obituary

“Again I looked and saw the earth purified. There was not a single sign of the curse. The broken, uneven surface of the earth now looked like a level, extensive plain. God's entire universe was clean, and the great controversy was forever ended. Wherever we looked, everything upon which the eye rested was beautiful and holy And all the redeemed host, old and young, great and small, cast their glittering crowns at the feet of their Redeemer, and prostrated themselves in adoration before Him, and worshiped Him that lives forever and ever. The beautiful new earth, with all its glory, was the eternal inheritance of the saints. The kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, was then given to the saints of the Most High, who were to possess it forever, even forever and ever.”

– Early Writings, Page74 ,Ellen G White

Clairina Bouzy, formerly Clairina Jordonne and better known as “Claire” or “Bouzy” was born on May 13th 1972 in Boudette, Petit-Place, Haiti, to her surviving parents, Julia Jordonne & Joseph Edouard Jordonne. Claire was gleaming, vivid, charitable, courteous, thoughtful, lively, and witty. Bouzy was the life of the party, a prayer warrior and a hard worker

Clarina married the love of her life, her surviving husband Jean Michelet Bouzy, a celebration, a thrilling love-filled, Christ centered ride for 24 years.

They were charming lovers, best friends and parents to their surviving sons Jeremiah Bouzy,17 years old & Abimael Bouzy, 10 years old. Clarina is also survived by her siblings Keda Jordonne & Cherina Jordonne. Claire loved to serve whether it was in Youth Ministries as a fully decorated Master Guide, or as a cook. An usher greeting those who entered through Salem’s door with a warm heartfelt smile or serving in the womens ministry. She had a passion for social work, and tearing up the dance floor. Her favorite prayer to recite went like this “May the blood of Jesus cover us from head to toe, may the angels stay before, after and around us, may the Spirit of God be with us for ever and ever, amen.” God called Clairina to sleep while in her home in Union, New Jersey on Thursday, February 4th, 2021.

Now...“Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.” 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14  “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away. And He who was seated on the throne said, “ I am making everything new...” Revelation 21: 4 -5
