Eniwa Murphy was born to the late Albert L. Murphy and Margie G. Murphy on April 3, 1967, in Los Angeles, California. She was the youngest child from this union. Later, the family moved to Newark, New Jersey, where Eniwa attended elementary school and graduated from Barringer High School. Eniwa enjoyed working with Newark Public Schools for over 30 years as a clerk.
Eniwa’s sharp, witty comments were hysterical. She had an infectious laugh that made others laugh along with her. Eniwa knew every word to her favorite songs and loved to dance. Her beautiful smile, unwavering loyalty and generosity will be immensely missed.
Eniwa leaves behind to cherish her memories, her sisters Evora Murphy (Pouyes Pierrevil) and Rosalie Roberson (Andrew Roberson), her niece Lanira Murphy (Elijah Sugay) and her nephew Ethan Murphy, as well as her God sisters, Vicki Jones and Cheryl Roberts. Additionally, Eniwa’s best friends Syeda Muhammadi, Wanda Leverson, Lisa Jones-Bryant, Michelle Knight-Burke (Karen), Winsome Smith and Jeaneva Turman will forever old her in their hearts.
