Francel Joseph was born on March 10th, 1978. He was the fifth of six children of Mr. Eliassaint Joseph and Mrs. Philomène Joseph. His siblings are Eliana Joseph, Anne Rose Augustin, Ronald Joseph, Philiane Beauplan, and Jonas Joseph.
Francel completed his studies at the Etzer Vilaire College in Gonaïves. He was raised with respect for traditional values and acquired the skills a man should have. Known for his kindness, generosity, and unshakable faith, Francel was a man of integrity who carried himself with dignity and grace.
He loved his family and all members of the extended family, and he consistently showed compassion and understanding toward others. Francel stood out for his unwavering sense of responsibility and humility. His motto was always, "Let God's will be done," which reflected his profound trust in the divine guidance of Jesus Christ and the acceptance of life’s challenges with strength and hope.
As a diligent worker, Francel was not only committed to his family but also to his community. He was a pillar of support for those in need, offering a helping hand without hesitation. Known as a "Good Samaritan," he was always ready to assist anyone who sought his help. His friends and neighbors admired him for his reliability, wisdom, and the warmth he brought to every interaction.
In 2009, Francel married Yolande Benjamin. Through 15 years he had two children: Frandy Joseph and Yonel Joseph. As a father, he was loving, supportive, and dedicated to ensuring the happiness and success of his children. His family will always remember him as a source of inspiration and unwavering love.
Francel had a remarkable sense of humor and a contagious laugh that could brighten the darkest of days. His presence will be greatly missed at family gatherings, where he was one of the most entertaining and lively participants. His patience, calm demeanor, and ability to resolve conflicts with fairness made him a cherished confidant and advisor to many.
After a brief illness, Francel Joseph passed away on Sunday, January 12th at the age of 46.
We extend our sincere condolences to his wife, Yolande Joseph, his children Frandy Joseph and Yonel Joseph, and his siblings: Eliana Joseph, Anne Rose Augustin and her husband Joseph Augustin, Ronald Joseph and his wife, Elvita Joseph, Philiane Joseph and her husband, Nukinn Beauplan, Jonas Joseph and his wife, Triphose Joseph. As well as his beloved in-laws, Julma Benjamin, Levy Benjamin, Anonise Benjamin and her husband Marius Dade, Audrey Benjamin.
We also send our condolences to his nieces and nephews: Sabby André, Joanne Augustin, Caleb Augustin, Rodina Joseph, Rodna Joseph, Rodmirta Joseph, Rodny Joseph, Nuke Beauplan, Jones Beauplan, Kervinley Beauplan, Kerby Beauplan, and Kindrew Beauplan, as well as all his cousins and close friends.
Although, one can never fully prepare for the departure of a family member, regardless of age or cause, we can take comfort in this; just as the Lord Jesus Christ gained victory through death and triumphed over it through the Resurrection, we can say that our brother Francel has passed from death to life as well.
