Holy Castre, 42, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, has been a prominent presence in graphic design for decades in the Elizabeth region and beyond sadly, Holy passed away on February 4, 2024, at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in Rahway, New Jersey.
On August 26, 1981, Holy was born at Chancerelle Hospital in Port Au Prince Haiti, to Anne and the late Haudres Castre. At fourteen, he migrated from Haiti to America.
After graduating from Elizabeth High School, he obtained a certificate of completion diploma at Lincoln Tech. He then went on to have a prosperous and passionate career in graphic design. Holy married Jennifer Louis and through the union, they were blessed with a beautiful daughter named Holly Castre.
Holy was incredibly resilient. When his family needed him, he was there for them always. Even when he was extremely busy, he always found time for them. He was a pleasure to be around and always kind.
Holy was a legendary character whose imposing presence and thunderous voice could electrify a room. He was an entertaining, intelligent, funny, powerful, and well-liked friend to a large number of people. He will forever be missed and loved.
Holy is survived by his loving wife Jennifer; his daughter Holly and a host of family and friends.
