Jameson Benjamin was born on September 4th, 1980, in Port au Prince, Haiti to the parentage of the late Emmanette Sincere & Abel Baptiste. Jameson completed his studies in Haiti prior to moving to the US at age 27.
While here, Jameson held several jobs. One of which was to be a chef at Montclair State University, where he met many of his current closest friends. James was adored by many of his friends who knew him to be easy-going and a great dresser.
Aside from his love of cooking, Jameson loved to watch action movies & watching sports. One of his favorite movies to watch was Speed and could be found watching it any time of day at home. He loved his family and often provided for them. He often enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
On November 25, 2023, James was called home. Sharing the memories of his wonderful life are his sisters- Astride (Richard), Farah, Valérie & Fabienne; brother- Vladimir; nieces- Falande, Laurina, Chelsea, Emma, Brianna; nephews- Jayden, Rick, Ely, Bradley; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be deeply missed
