Jasmine Saint Juste was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose life was marked by courage, strength, compassion, and unwavering love for her family.
After becoming widowed, Jasmine courageously left Haiti on November 4, 1994, to begin a new life in the United States with her four children. Leaving behind her parents and eleven siblings, she became the first and only member of her family to make the journey to America with her children.
Her greatest desire was to give them a better life and raise them in a safe and loving environment. As a single mother, Jasmine worked tirelessly to provide for her children and make sure they never went without. She was a woman who gave of herself not only to her family but also to others in need. Her caring spirit led her to a career in healthcare, where she dedicated herself to caring for others until her own health declined.
Jasmine was deeply loved by her children and grandchildren. She was their source of strength, comfort, and unconditional love. The sacrifices she made and the love she shared will forever remain a part of her family's story. Her journey on earth may have come to an end, but her legacy will live on through the lives of those she loved.
