Gasner Pomponeau, a pastor and lifelong resident of Pompano Beach, Florida died unexpectedly on July 14th, 2023, at 50. Gasner is remembered by his mother Rose Marie Pomponeau, two children Kurtis and Rose Marie Pomponeau; His two brothers, Carens and Fritz along with his four sisters; Myrvylene, Murielle, Nadine, Cherline, and half-sister Guirlande. Along with his 17 nieces and nephews.
Gasner was born on September 22nd, 1972 to Masner and Rose Marie Pomponeau in Port au Prince, Haiti. He graduated from the Maranatha Christian University in 2020 with Ph.D. in Pastoral Psychology and Counseling and worked as Pastor. On May 11, 2010, and September 22, 2011, respectively, he welcomed his two beautiful children, a son and a daughter, who were the most important part of his life.
Gasner was a devoted father and pastor. He enjoyed watching cartoons, helping his community and was inspired to cure those in need. He often preached at different local churches and brought lost souls back to the light. He was a spiritual man and was involved in many church activities, including feeding the homeless after services. His friends, family, and everyone who knew him will deeply miss him.
