Marie Paulette Guillaume, born Marie Paulette Louis, age 66, passed away on January 2nd, 2024 in her native land, Haiti of complications from diabetes.
Marie was born on February 18, 1957 in Grande Saline and lived most of her adult life in New Jersey, raising and caring for her children while traveling back and forth to her beloved country.
Marie loved news about Haiti, listening to Christian music and as a young woman accepted God in her life. She was a lifelong deaconess, a church’s treasurer, a choir member- in other words, a woman of God. She was a student of salvation ministry, a self taught gospel enthusiast, a long time member of the Nazarene Church of God, a passionate of Haitian political pundits, regularly listening to them.
Marie Spread kindness and love wherever she went and cared far more for others than for herself. She was admired and appreciated for her generous heart, warm soul and her fierce perseverance in battling her disease.
Loving sister to Exantus Louis, Florante Louis, Wilson Charles, Edeline Josius, Sadura Josius and Carole Dascelin born Carole Josius.
Sister-in-law to Guillaume Fils, Lamercie pierre and Ovilmar Guillaume both of them predeceased her and her parents provilon Louis and Therese Saint Louis.
Marie is survived by her husband Clemer Guillaume and children. Her sons: Clenier Guillaume, Jay Guillaume with his 3 kids( Jessie, Jada, and Andrew)and Watson Guillaume with his fiancée China and their Son Kameron
Her daughters: Wadeline Guillaume with husband Wells Gaetcheens Jean and their 4 kids Danny, Wade, Sara and Lucas Suze Guillaume with husband Jerry Janvier with their son Donovan Jerryko Janvier and Merline Guillaume
