Nassece was born on December 7, 1966 in Desdunes, Haiti to the parents of Ovida Vital and Naitil Paul-Pierre. He was the third born out of his siblings. In 1984, Nassece came to the U.S. from Haiti where he attended Irvington High School. After High School, he went straight to work and started his life.
Nassece was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He was very hardworking. He was fluent in English, Spanish, and Creole. He was calm, cool, collective and quiet. He was always there to help others no matter the circumstances, you can always count on him if you needed his help.
Nassece was very friendly. He was athletic and loved the gym. He enjoyed spending most of his time with his family. He enjoyed watching the soccer and football games with friends and family. He played soccer in his earlier years. He enjoyed playing dominoes and bingo. He loved watching action movies and listening to different music . He taught his children to have a positive outlook about things no matter the situation. He was very hands-on with his kids from helping with homework, picking up from school ,etc. He was very protective of his kids and always made sure they were safe.
On March 30, 2023, a late Thursday night, Nassece was called home to be with the Lord. He battled with an illness for a long time and his resilience and strength allowed him to continue to push through until it was time for him to go home. And sharing the memories of his wonderful life are his lovely daughters: Alysha Paul-Pierre, Jennifer Paul-Pierre, Rihanna Paul-Pierre, Laurie Paul-Pierre and Christina Paul-Pierre. His brothers and sisters: Robinson Vital, Obes Paul-Pierre, Patroc Paul-Pierre, Gleadine Paul-Pierre Florvil, and Violetta Chelot. His niece and nephews: Carlton Paul-Pierre, Christian Paul-Pierre, Gabrielle Paul-Pierre and Jordan Paul-Pierre. His sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Wendy Paul-Pierre, Ruth Vital, Cavanac Florvil and Emannuel Chelot. His Godmother: Dieula Joseph and all his uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
This is a wonderful legacy and will never be forgotten.
