Rose Edmee Desronvil

Rose Edmee Desronvil began her amazing journey on July 4, 1922 in Limbe, Haiti W.I.  She was the second youngest of seve children born to Anisette Obas-Joseph and Childeric Joseph.  entered eternal rest on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Alaris Health at St Mary Nursing Home, Orange, NJ.  Rose Edmee lovingly called “Apou” by her siblings, lived her entire life at Limbe. She attended Sainte Agnes parochial school, where she earned her elementary and secondary education. In December 20, 1940, Rose-Edmee entered into holy matrimony with Louis Desronvil.  They lived in Limbe until her husband was appointed a Music teaching position in Plaisance.  Two years later, they returned to Limbe while they both pursue their respective careers. Their union produced eight children respectively: Ernst, Paulene, Rony, Louis Pierre, Roselin, Louis Sem, Luc and Marc Desronvil. Rose-Edmee came to New Jersey in July of 2001to start a life amongst her children After the passing of her husband.  During those years, she enjoyed taking care of her grand children, cooking and cleaning. Seeking out a church home, in 2001, the Lord has led her to Bethel Haitian Church where she enjoyed her pastor’s teaching, and the fellowship. Rose-Edmee leaves to cherish her memories her four loving sons: Rony Desronvil, Louis Sem Desronvil, Luc Desronvil, Marc Desronvil, her daughter Paulene Desronvil-Romeus; Five daughters-in-law: Mireille Desronvil, Adeline Jeune Desronvil, Evena Louis Desronvil, Woodline Civil Desronvil, Louisiane Civil Desronvil; a son in law Sadrac Romeus.; twenty-six grand-chldren; fourteen great-grand children; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, god children, other relatives and her church family.  Predeceased loved ones include: husband: Louis Desronvil; sons: Ernst Desronvil, Louis Pierre Desronvil and Roselin Desronvil; sisters, Eliette Joseph Charles (Madame Cine), Rejeanne Joseph, Hermide Joseph (Madame Antoine); three brothers: Etienne Joseph, Rene Joseph, Neville Joseph and Edgar Joseph.
