Rocky LaRose Jr. was born on July 29th 1990 at Down State Hospital to Rocky LaRose Sr. and Patricia A. Brown. He made his transition to his heavenly home on July 10th, 2016 surrounded by his loved ones.
As a Brooklyn native, Rocky LaRose attended Tilden High School. He then relocated to New Jersey with his mother continuing his education at Irvington High School, where he received his high school diploma. He received his OSHA license to work construction, however preferred being an entrepreneur like his mother.
On April 12, 2014 Rocky was blessed with his baby girl Sa’Nye who he loved and adored. Rocky took fatherhood very seriously and wanted to set the bar high for all father’s to follow.
Rocky was a Leo at heart. When he knew something, you could not tell him any different. If you needed something and he had it, there was no doubt that he wouldn’t give it to you. When he was focused on something, nothing and no one could refocus him except his daughter, Sa’nye LaRose. Rocky was an extremely loyal friend, whether you were right or wrong, he remained loyal to you. Rocky was always a pleasure to be around. He was always so laid back and tried his best to keep his cool even in tough situations. He always thought logically before reacting to situations. Rocky always stayed out of others way and never said too much, but instead observed everything that was going on. He was never really into drama keeping in mind, “Your business is your business and my business is my business.”
Rocky leaves behind to cherish his memories: His mother Patricia Brown; His Father Rocky LaRose, Patricia LaRose (Stepmother); Daughters: Sa’Nye LaRose, Jaylene Firman (Stepdaughter); His siblings: Richard Cannon, Christopher LaRose; Grandmother: Bernadette McCoy; Aunts: Lisa Brown-McGill, Natasha McCoy, Raquel Brown; Uncles: Kenneth Brown and Steven Brown: His Girlfriend Trisha Campbell, and a couple of nephews, and a host of cousins, friends, and loved ones.
